In accordance with procedures related to the open recruitment of CCB Financial Leasing Corporation, notification of the arrangement of the written examination is given as follows:
1. Time Schedule and Examination Subjects

AM: 08:30 – 09:30h: Collection of examination permits.
09:30 – 11:30h: Integrative ability test (including English proficiency test)

Applicants who are eligible for the written examination are given in the attached list (Please refer to Appendix 2). Candidates are requested to collect their examination permit and sit for the written examination at the hours specified above. The venue for the collection of examination permit is the first floor lobby of the teaching building in
We regret that no notification will be given to applicants who are not qualified for the written examination.
4. Notes on Attending the Written Examination
4.1 Candidates sitting for the written examination should bring along their personal identity card and examination permit to the examination venue. On entering the venue, they should follow the instructions of the invigilators and sit at the seat where the number of their examination permit is indicated, and place their identity card and examination permit a the upper left corner of the desk for verification by invigilators.
4.2 Candidates should enter the examination venue 15 minutes before the examination time. No entry will be allowed into the examination venue 30 minutes after the start of the examination. Late comers will be disqualified.
4.3 Candidates should bring along their own stationery including 2B pencils, erasers, blue or black pens, etc.
4.4 During the written examination, please observe the disciplines in the venue and keep quiet. No books, notebooks, information sheets, paper, mobile phones, pagers, electronic calculators, PDAs or any other communication or recording equipment are allowed in the examination venue. Candidates may not leave the examination venue without the consent of the invigilators. They will be disqualified from the examination once violation of examination disciplines or cheating is detected.
4.5 If an examination paper is found damaged or illegible, or if there is any doubts on its contents, candidates should raise their hands and report to the invigilators and should not check with other candidates.
5.6 Answers should be written on the answer sheets provided. Answer slots for multiple-choice questions should be marked with 2B pencils. Answers written on question papers are invalid. Information such as candidate name and examination permit number, etc should be written with a blue or black pen.
4.7 Turning in of answer sheets will only be allowed 30 minutes after the start of an examination. In turning in one’s examination paper, a candidate should leave it flat on the desk and raise his or her hand to signal to the invigilators and should only leave the examination venue with their consent.
4.8 At the end of the examination, invigilators will give notification to the candidates to stop writing. Candidates should follow the arrangements of the invigilators and should only leave the examination venue after the invigilators have finished collecting and counting up all the examination papers and answer sheets. They should not intentionally delay turning in their examination paper and answer sheets nor should they make loud noises.
4.9 Candidates should not take any examination paper or draft notes away from the examination venue.
4.10 Candidates should show due respect to the staff at the examination venue and should self-consciously comply with the examination regulations. They should dress properly, have a tidy appearance and maintain a good attitude.
