In compliance with the requirement to strengthen risk control during the Olympics, to upgrade online banking safety so as to further improve our services to clients in a sound and stable financial environment, our bank will stop remittance transfer and online payment transactions for soft copy certificate customers as well as suspend online payment functions of non-contract clients. Notwithstanding, online banking transactions using USB Keys through dynamic command cards remain unchanged. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. In order for you to better enjoy our online banking services, you are welcome to use USB Keys provided by our bank. Please feel free to call 95533 for any enquiry about changes hereinabove.

Note: Prior to readjustment of online banking functions, services like account enquiry, remittance transfer, online payment and investment financial management are available to certificate customers (herein referred to as soft copy certificate customers) who access our online personal banking other than by using USB Keys or dynamic commands. Similarly, online banking clients, who have registered relevant information with our bank’s website but have not signed contracts over the counter with us (herein referred to as non-contract clients), can also avail themselves of banking services like  account enquiry, online payment and investment financial management.
