The upgraded CCB portal reflects the mission of “customer-orientation”. The new portal is characterized by rich colors and vivid pictures, different product lines are introduced in a unified style and product marketing and customer services are highlighted. The portal has been well recognized by users. During the 2005 Top 100 Chinese Commercial Portals selection activity which was held by China Internet Weekly and finished on December 1, CCB was named to the list and at the same time received the Best Service Award.
